At Archly, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Please read it carefully.

01

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an Archly account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive the profile information that provider shares with us.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you interact with Archly, including prompts you create, platforms you target, sessions you start, and features you use. This helps us improve the product and personalize your experience.

Device & Technical Data

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers when you access the service.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number or CVV, only a tokenized reference.

02

How We Use Your Information

To Provide the Service

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Archly, including generating and storing your prompts, managing your account, and processing payments.

To Communicate With You

We send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates and announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

To Improve and Personalize

Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how people use Archly so we can build better features. We may use your prompt activity to offer personalized suggestions within the app.

To Comply With Legal Obligations

We may process your data to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.

03

Information Sharing

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Archly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the service, including cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (PostHog), and email delivery (Resend). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Business Transfers

If Archly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

We may disclose your information when required by law or in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

04

Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by applicable law.
