Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Archly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Archly. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Credits

Archly uses a credit system. A chat message costs 1 credit; reasoning adds 1, deep research adds 2, and polishing a prompt costs 1. Credits on paid plans reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Free credits do not expire.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the platform, use it to generate harmful content, or share account access with others.

Plans

Archly offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Builder). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Archly to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the ideas, descriptions, and inputs you provide. You grant Archly a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.

Our Platform

Archly and its underlying systems, UI, and branding are owned by Archly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Generated Prompts

Craft prompts generated for you are yours to use. We make no claim on the outputs you create through the service.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated prompts will produce specific results in third-party tools.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archly's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
