Authentication
- [ ] Invalid credentials: Show a useful sign-in error without revealing whether an account exists. Preserve the email field.
- [ ] Expired reset link: Explain that the reset link expired or was already used, and offer a new one.
- [ ] Email verification pending: Show where the email was sent, a resend action, and the next step after verification.
- [ ] Session expired: Ask the user to sign in again, preserve safe unsaved work, and return them to their original destination.
- [ ] Access denied: Explain missing permission and offer a safe destination. Enforce permissions on the server too.
Bookings
- [ ] No availability: Show a useful empty calendar and offer another date or an availability notification if supported.
- [ ] Someone booked that slot: Handle a slot becoming unavailable before confirmation without charging or double booking.
- [ ] Time zone clarification: Display the event's time zone and confirm the date and time before the booking is final.
- [ ] Cancellation and rescheduling: Explain cancellation rules, confirm the action, and show the updated booking and refund status.
- [ ] Confirmation after refresh: Keep confirmed bookings accessible after refreshing, revisiting a link, or closing checkout.
